1. Returns
We accept most items back within 14 calendar days of delivery for a store credit. Sale items or special order items are non-refundable. Before returning any item you must contact us by mail, e-mail, fax, or telephone to receive a return authorization. Items returned without authorization are considered a donation.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 14 calendar days after delivery.
- Any CD or DVD that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). If the CD or DVD is defective, we will exchange this item for the same item.
- Any item that is not in its original condition or has been damaged (other than damage that occurred during shipment).
Missing or defective items:
Call (301)933-0607 or send an email to books@bergstrompressbooks.com to report any problem with your order. Be sure to thoroughly unpack your order and inspect all items. Have your packing slip or invoice number available when you call. Claims must be made within 14 calendar days.
Return the items
to Bergstrom Press & Books prepaid via a traceable method of shipment. We will reimburse the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Books/Disks
Must be carefully packaged to reach Bergstrom Press & Books in resalable condition, i.e. unmarked, unstamped, unstickered, etc. Returned product that has bent corners, torn covers, or appears shelf worn or scratched will not receive credit and will be returned to you at your expense.
Bookstores
