The author discusses issues related to historical and contemporary questions about Tatarstan and its relations with the Russian Federation (Russia).

This textbook, which is offered to students of higher education institutions, was written based on the 3rd volume of 'Tatar Grammar'. Based on the requirements of the textbook, questions and tasks for checking knowledge, examples of syntactic analysis, and general information about punctuation were added to the book. The manual will also be useful for school teachers.
