The director of the Viennese police receives a message that at the same time two young states, the Republic of Poland and Soviet Russia, are demanding the extradition of a certain Adam Vistowicz, the chief commissioner from Lemberg, Galicia. Why did a humble policeman interest the highest diplomatic circles? Will it be possible to avoid an international conflict?
