Splat's friends are having a band rehearsal for their rock band, the Cat Gang. They want Splat to play with them, too! But what will he play?

Splat loves watching his favorite superhero, Super Cat, on the family TV, but when the set breaks, Splat has no way to watch his cherished cartoon.
