All the last decade before the Great Patriotic War, the Soviet Union vigorously rebuilding its economy and armed forces. The country became a powerful industrial nation, dozens of new equipment received by the Red Army and Navy. However, with the beginning of the war only a part of the developed samples has become a truly effective means of reflection of German aggression, the rest during the summer-autumn campaign in 1941 ignominiously disappeared from the battlefields. The reasons for this were the most diverse. To understand them, and should refer to the readers' book detailing the circumstances of the pre-war Soviet military-technical programs equip the army and navy.
